TJ is another of the dogs that has come out from Thunder Bay to find his retirement home. He is a 3 year old likely a husky/greyhound/ saluki and is about 50 pounds right now but still needs to gain weight. While we are still getting to know him Thunder Bay Humane Society termed him the ‘loyal listener’ and that loyalty is what we have quickly seen. In just 2 short days he looks to his foster to check that she is still there when being walked by others. He is a super sappy, snuggly guy who is full of energy and ready to go but is also able to just settle down for a rest or snuggles. TJ is new to living in a home and is just learning about all the rules and expectations that are involved so a home that recognizes that it will take time and patience to guide him through this process is essential. TJ is also new to more urban living so can be nervous in busy situations and with new people. With support and understanding TJ is going to develop into an amazing partner and companion for someone. Tj would enjoy living in an active home that has time for snuggles at the end of the day!
